Hello! I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your Crooner post. I'm not that old (maybe just a little old)and I know who Rudy Vallee is because my group of friends as teenagers were crazy about old movie stars. Rudy was the first music heart throb - imagine! You have given me such inspiration with your kitchen border. My kitchen is also yellow, and I haven't had a clue what to do with so much of the color. I will be on the look out for REDS! Have a lovely week ahead! Elizabeth
Now those are some of my favorites. I haven't tried going them from seed. I'll have to give it a try. I find the slugs always get my little seedling babies. :(
I need to check this out. It looks VERY interesting. I had planned on starting my seeds today! I have my grow lights and a nice spot in the basement for 8 flats, but I will still give it a look, because it is so darn intriguing.
Funny because I thought about blogging about my seed starting, too!
Well, I finally went to the site and did a little reading. There is a lot of info! It's a technique worth keeping in mind. I suppose you haven't had anything germinate yet?
My set-up is neither expensive (in relative terms) or elaborate. I'm just thinking, I should blog about it......just as a FYI post.
Oh very cool to start your own seeds. I will visit that site and check it out!

ReplyDeleteYou must post pictures when they are up and blooming. That Candytuft is my favorite. :-)

My dear girl, there appears to be white stuff, which seeds are allergic to, all over that picture!!!
ReplyDeleteI am going to be most interested in your seed-starting method!
