I have two cherry items to show you today, one thrifted and one yard-saled.This first doily, or hot pad was from a yard sale. I didn't ask if it was hand-made or not.

And this charmer I got at a thrift store, loaded down with the ugliest fake flower arrangement. I pulled out the flowers, florist's foam and all, handed them to the clerk and told her to throw them away - and she did!
Now, what should I plant in it - cherry tomatoes?IF YOU ARE TRYING TO LINK, THERE IS AN INTERNAL SERVER ERROR AT MCKLINKY. (11:30 p.m. Eastern time) I HOPE IT IS CORRECTED QUICKLY! IF YOU LEAVE A COMMENT, WE'LL KNOW WHO TO VISIT!
Hi Sue!
ReplyDeleteboth of your red finds are so cute. Yup, I would go with planting cherry tomatoes in there after all, grape tomatoes would just be silly! LOL
Oh and I like your tablecloth (under the pot holder)!
Hi Sue,
ReplyDeleteI love the cloth under your pretty hot pad. 'Course, the hot pad is darling, too. Cherry tomatoes would be very fitting in what looks like a Mary Englebreit pot. Good finds :) Happy REDnesday~
p.s. I forgot to say "pretty header!" :D
ReplyDeleteI love your new header Sue! It's so pretty, and you've got such a talent for making the cutest graphics each week!
ReplyDeleteI think you have to plant cherry tomatoes in that pot, don't you? It couldn't be more perfect!
Happy REDnesday!
Carol

I'm so Sorry Sue, in my last comment I addressed you as Sherry. I was looking up at the post above mine that was also commenting on mcklinky and just saw her name and typed it, and didn't even spell her name correctly. Oh, the evils of aging! :(
ReplyDeleteHello Sue, hope all is going well. The hot pad looks like a lot of work went into it. I bet it is hand made. I need to grab your new button, it's so cute! I still have the winter one up. I did get a Rednesday post up this week. I feel like my week's off balance when I don't do one!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Dawn
