"Extra, extra, read all about it! Bloggers obsessed with red!"I was all set to have this posted early tonight, but at 5:00 I went on a few errands with Mister and just got back at 8:00!
At the risk of exposing my possible forgetfulness, I'm going to show you this vintage game that I picked up at the auction I went to in the Spring. Love the graphics!

Those are the coolest looking game pieces I've ever seen! So space age! And, speaking of space, I picked up a Starscream Transformer for Teen at the thrift shop tonight for 10 cents. She almost fainted - said this particular model doesn't sell for less than $120 online! I think I got a good deal!
I LOVE your game and those pieces are really space-age neat. As I was driving about the county looking for red, I could’t believe just how MUCH there is everywhere. I was really amazed. Hugs, Genie

ReplyDeleteHi Sue, This game is the beloved game of my childhood. I can't tell you how many times I played this with my father. It am beyond happy to see the board and pieces up close again! Thank you so much for making this a special day for me! Elizabeth

ReplyDeleteWhat a great find! Space games and toys are ALWAYS popular!
ReplyDeleteAnd another great one with the Transformer! So the big question is, will she let you sell it? If it were Pokemon and at my house...the answer would be NO!
What a great game, in such good condition too! I love the metal game pieces, they just don't make things like that anymore. Thanks Sue for hosting Rednesday! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the gameboard pieces. Great find. I finally got around to redesigning my blog to include my favorite color (red) as well as a new favorite (turquoise). I look forward to joining in on more Rednesdays. I know it's Thursday but better late than never. ;)
