I HAVE THE BLUES

After the Christmas decorations came down, I was redecorating the empty spaces. I lined up my old blue canning jars on the kitchen hutch, and I think they look so pretty there! I used to have a humongous one, that was my dad's, but lost it in the house fire.


 This one says TRADEMARK LIGHTNING. (Moonshine, maybe? LOL!)




 

Not blue, but an interesting design.

This is a storage jar, hoosier, maybe. It has such a nice criss-cross pattern.

This darling ceramic birdhouse decoration came home from the thrift store a few weeks ago. I can't wait to hang it outside when the weather allows.
 

I got this at a Family Dollar store in December. This has always been my favorite hymn.

So now you can understand why I have the (happy) blues!

    I love the color that those "blue" jars are! It is so pretty! I didn't realize there were so many companies that made them. I love the little birdhouse...so cut...:)

    I love my blue jars, too. Yours look so pretty all together. I had thought to decorate my kitchen in blue and white this January, but I couldn't bear to put the red away! LOL! Can you email me my address so I can mail you your valentine? Thank you!
