Welcome to another beautiful Vintage Thingies Thursday! It's warm (50's!) and sunny here in Massachusetts - happy soul weather! Click on the above photo to view more VTT finds!
Here are my two VTT Valentine contributions. The first one is a creamer/sugar set that has gorgeous raspberry hearts, a mother-of-pearl finish, and "drippings" of gold. No maker's mark, but remnants of a tag on the bottom - probably made in Japan.

This is a funky, retro, 70's (?) candle holder. It looks like it should have a centerpiece. I rummaged around and found this Teleflora white planter to fill with candy and voila!

I really like the sugar and creamer, but the center piece is so neat. I'm sure I remember seeing one like it back in the 70's. Isn't it funny how everything old is new again. Stuff that I threw away and called junk is now very popular and I am kicking myself for not saving it....lol..thanks for sharing and bring back sweet memories.

ReplyDeleteLove the sugar/creamer set but that centerpiece item really jogged a memory. My mom had one, and in the middle was an arrangement of flowers in a pot.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you are ready for valentines day.
ReplyDeleteI like your cut creamer and sugar set.
ReplyDeleteI did NOT post on VTT. Suzanne somehow mixed up today's Mr. Linky with yesterday's, and all of the sign-ups are now forever mixed.
Thanks for coming by and leaving a comment.
Great Valentine sugar and creamer-the Heart candle holder is just too funky!
ReplyDeleteLovely red Valentine things.
ReplyDeleteI have a cousin named Cherrie. I remember when she was born. I was just a little kid but I told everybody when I had a baby I was going to name her Peachy because I liked peaches. I didn't, of course. I named her Carol.
Have a happy VTT.
Charlotte
