VTT! One Potato, Two Potato . . .

Here we go again - yahoo!

I picked up this cool potato bin at my favorite thrift shop a few years ago. DH kinda "borrowed" it to keep his junk in beside the kitchen door. The decal is really nice but, unfortunately, you can't see it standing up because it's on a curved surface. You need to be at eye level to view it.
This colorful little Dutch girl is chalkware and should probably display some vintage potholders. But, alas, I don't have any. Don't know why . . . But she's a keeper!

    I can see why you keep the Dutch girl--she's a beautiful piece. I saw your gorgeous table in the other post; is it tin? My parents' kitchen table was tin with drop leaf but in blue. I always loved it.

    I LOVE YOUR LITTLE DUTCH GIRL SO MUCH...I HAVE LITTLE DUTCH THINGS SPREAD THROUGHOUT MY HOUSE....SHE HAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL FACE......AT ESTATE SALES IS PROBABLY THE ONLY PLACE YOU CAN FIND THEM ANY MORE.

    What--You don't have potholders! :) Love the potato bin and the dutch girl. I have a little dutch boy and girl facing each other that I can't figure what it is. It looks similar in sized to yours, but has no hook and no hanger.

    I would be afraid to hang useable pot holders on your Dutch girl for fear she got dislodged & broken. Maybe some vintage potholders......?
