REDNESDAY

Boy, am I seeing RED today! My truck was making such a terrible clunking noise when I left the house this morning that I turned around about 1/4 mile (.4 K) down the street and came back. Of course, when Mister came home and took it for a test drive, it behaved very nicely for him! I told him I refuse to drive it until he gets underneath to check things out.

This is the old scoreboard at the middle school, which used to be the high school. I walk the track when I take Becky in each day. (Except today, cuz I'm not driving the truck!)

Sunday, as Becky and I were leaving for church, there were four does (female deer) crossing our driveway from the woods into our field. They stopped to look at us, then went slowly on their way. What a photo opportunity missed!

Am I cheating here? No, there are three small red flowers on this bowl! What a pretty floral - great for Spring time! I purchased these at the indoor yard sale I went to a few weeks ago. I love the doily - it has raised flowers all around the edge, but they're hard to see.

That'll do it for me today - your turn!

My senior mom and I send our total sympathy. She dealt with that for several weeks - a car would act up for her but be perfect for my dad. BUT one day, one of her grandchildren stopped by and they asked her to move it. YAY - it acted up for her too (maybe it just didn't like wimmin-folks :) ). And this granddaughter was quite car-savvy so she could help us explain it to my dad and the repair techs who were able to fix it- as there was, indeed, something fairly serious that was wrong.

Praying y'all figure it out soon and can get back to "truckin' along" on your sweet cherry way.

Are the link ups working? I don't see them. Maybe you haven't done them yet. I'll be patient. Thanks!

Hi, Sue,
Did I do the thumbnail right?
Is it still too big? It took me a while to get the linky to accept it.
Please let me know if this is too big, and I will get my son to help me.
Love your red truck. I sure regret selling my truck. Seems like I need it all the time.

Sue,
Hope your truck is back on the road and running great soon. I was going to ask what color it was before I saw the picture. Somehow I had a feeling it would be red!

With your red truck, you did not need any more reds. You definitely did not cheat. Thanks for being such a good hostess and putting up with all of us.

I love your red truck, but I don't blame you for not wanting to drive it until your hubby looks underneath to make sure everything is okay! Thanks for hosting Rednesday and I hope your truck is back on the road soon!!
