VTT - Bedroom Decor

First off ~ for those inquiring yesterday about my Bush Honeysuckle (lonicera maackii). It's a bush native to the Eastern half of the U.S. The flowers look like honeysuckle vine flowers, and they smell heavenly - like honey! They bloom in May in my yard, and the Gray Catbird, in particular, loves the berries. Unfortunately, my cats love the trunk for a scratching post!
It is considered by the U.S. government as a noxious weed and is prohibited here in Massachusetts. Around here, they are everywhere "in the wild" and a few have been growing on our property for years, so I didn't grow them knowingly. It does grow to a height of 16 feet/5 meters here in the U.S.

Now, for VTT, here are a few items I have in my bedroom. The first is an old mirror that Mister picked up for me.

This little doll is so cute - I can't remember where we got her, or what her age is. She's only about 3 inches/7.5mm tall. The house is one of those old measuring spoon holders that hangs on a wall or stands alone. I wish the spoons came with it, but that's okay, I just love cottages!
This is an old English mug - I love the shape, it looks like it should have a spout for a creamer. It's cracked; that's why I have the plastic cup in it - I use it as a vase.
This is a vegetable dish, I think, and was made in Sebring, Ohio. The tray behind it isn't vintage, but it's sure purty!
Now, everybody back on the tour bus - we're heading over to Suzanne's! (Did everyone go potty?)

(Keep your eyes peeled folks -
there's going to be another change
around here this coming week!)

I love honeysuckle too but it is invasive here in Michigan and if not grown on something anchored deep it will bring it down. You sure have some lovely things and how sweet Mister got you that beveled round mirror. I'll be looking for those changes.

Such pretty vintage items today! Lovely.
I have honeysuckle growing and blooming on one side of the house and it has taken over the entire area. I yank some up each week, but it comes back with a vengeance...can totally understand why it's outlawed in some states!

I loved everything but I'm with you, I love cottages.

We had Honeysuckle vine at one of our houses. It drove me nuts having to cut it back every year. Sure did smell pretty though.
