VTT - ONE CAR, ONE PET

. . . awww! Aren't I just the cutest little pup in the world? I think so! I also think my eyelashes look like Lamb Chops'! I have to look my best because my human is looking for a new home for me on eBay!
My name is Hap-Hap the Hound, and I'm a "Sleep-pet". My human was told I'm from the 1940's. My box and I are in perfect condition, too! Here are my buddies that I once knew.

Here's something different - a 1930 Ford Model A! This belongs to Mister's brother. He restored it about 20 years ago. Not every day that you see a 30-year-old interested in this type of car! I wish I had taken better photos of it, but this will have to do for now.

Have a happy VTT!

Sleep pets! I've never heard of them, but I think they're the cutest things I've seen in a long time. I wish I could see what So-So and Mo-Mo and Lu-Lu look like!

My daughter and I saw a Ford Model T driving around our town just yesterday. The sleepy pets are cute and thanks for the reminder of Lamb Chop. I used to love to watch Shari Lewis with her Lamb Chop.

Too young for Sleep-pets, very cute.
Where's Johnny Depp? Looks like the
car he'd be driving in his new movie!
That's one awesome car!

" When I write or share something about one of my friends in a posting, I always make sure I send them a copy of it, so they know what was said about them. Today I included information about you and your blog site in my posting, so I thought I should let you know about it as well."

The above paragraph is the first paragraph in an email I sent out today, to all of the owners of blogs whom host "theme days", that I could find email addresses for. {But I could not find an email address on your blog.} I have decided that from now on the only ones I will do such for, are any new "theme day(s)" hosts I find, whom I can not find an email address for. Contacting so-o many of you this way just takes w-a-y to much time!!! If you wish to again be notified that I am including you in a list, then PLEASE send me your email address via - pinkbunnies (at) sbcglobal (dot) com. I hereby promise I will NOT be giving it out. Also, please put something about "theme days" in the subject line. Thanks!!

The rest of the email is what I posted today on our blog. Go to: www.xanga.com/thehousethatlovebuilt to read it for yourself.

Hopefully, it will then clarify of all of this for you ;-}

The sleep pet is adorable. It looks so new too, but the box definitely looks vintage.

Your mister has a real prized possession in the car. My family had an original back in the good old days. Enjoyed your post.

Did you get to ride in the car? Oh, I can't imagine...it's just so beautiful. I'd have to buy a whole new wardrobe to ride stylishly in that! It's gorgeous.

I've never heard of a Sleep Pet but he sure looks like he's gotten his beauty rest! What great condition he's in. I haven't held up that well.

It costs so much to restore those cars but it's so worth it. He did a wonderful job. I love seeing them out on the road.
Happy VTT!

My hubby would love to have that car! He likes working on mechanical things--can't tell you how many "hot rods" have come and gone from our possession during the years!

Thanks for visiting for VTT!
