REDNESDAY

EDIT: IN CASE ANY OF YOU WHO LINKED COME BACK TO THIS PAGE - I READ ALL YOUR WONDERFUL RED POSTS TODAY AND LEFT COMMENTS BUT, FOR SOME STRANGE REASON ON SOME OF THE BLOGS, THE COMMENTS WOULDN'T REGISTER. MY APOLOGIES - I TRIED!

Oh, am I in trouble!!! Penniwig, let the flailing begin! Do you believe I forgot about Rednesday until half an hour ago? I don't believe it, either! I was standing in my kitchen looking at a red item thinking that I should photo it for Rednesday . . . REDNESDAY! YIKES! So here I am - don't know what happened. Plus, my computer (or Blogger) is acting up again today. So, let the red begin! . . .

Here is a corner of the pantry/laundry/ craft/potting/computer room where I put in Pre-Teen's home school locker. It's a plastic one I got at a yard sale last year. It had a Chicago Bull's sticker on the front which Mister took off for us. It's just right! . . . because it's red!
Here are three (Hazel Atlas) Moderntone Platonite dessert cups with great red, black, and gold bands on them. I like the look of them, but have you ever tried eating ice cream from them? Can't do it - ice cream slides up one side and down the other!

Here are two gorgeous enamelware items - a tray and a bowl. Still trying to figure how to display them best.

Now, it's your turn. Again, my apologies for the delay!

Hi Sue,
I beat you to it because I had my reds up before you did! Yes, we all have days like this. Love the red locker in the laundry room; pretty cool! Have a great REDnesday!

Blessings,
Sandi

You forgot?!!! That's ok. We all have our moments. I mailed a letter yesterday with next Tuesday's date on it!

That locker is so cute. I really admire home schooling moms. I couln't do it because I'm too unorganized but there are certainly times I'd like to.

Have a great REDnesday!

Got all messed up, called everyone by the wrong names in the previous comment...geez, what is in the air today??? Meant to say: I saw last night that there was no Rednesday here...changed up my graphics real quick...then saw Rednesday at Old Glory Cottage...checked back here...nope...LOL...it's the season's change, it has got us boggled.

I LOVE those enamelware plates/platters.

Well next week Rednesday will be GIANT!!!

I feel bad that I posted my Rednesday post, when you hadn't done yours yet! I always wait until yours is up. I figured you were still having computer issues. You're entitled to forget!
The locker is cute! Maybe you could try pudding in those dessert cups instead on ice cream. I'd be happy to eat anything in them! And those enamel pieces are gorgeous, especially that plate! I finally saw a floral bowl, at an antique store, and they wanted $60 for it!
Happy Rednesday!

Don't you hate it when that happens? I usually change over to Wednesday sometime on Tuesday for some reason. Anyway, I'm glad you were late - I had to run errands earlier and didn't have time to post before I left :)
Have a wonderful day!

I found you through Cindy at Applestone Cottage -- and didn't see your links up, but I am glad I checked back; it's my first time. (Be gentle.)

Laughed out loud that you lost track of the day, bless you for confessing! Love that enamel ware tray. How funny that ice cream slides out of those cute cups. What about Jello? :-)

No problem
I'm so late the day is almost over. Been so busy with my mom and my sister...I'm sick and tired of hospitals...lol
Love the red locker, great idea. I was at my nephews place on Sun. and took a picture of a "budweiser" locker he has...how ironic that you have one today.
Thanks for hosting
Love Claudie

Hi Sue,
Thank you for hosting Rednesday.

That red locker sure does bring back some high school memories. Ours weren't red but it looks like it otherwise.

Thats is a pretty cover on the ironing board, all I have on mine is a tan cover. Oh well it works.

I don't have a lot of red to show and tell but I a going to look around. This has been a fun experience. Terry

Hi Sue,
Gland you liked my playlist. It's quite a mix right now because I've been using songs for specific posts. I know a lot of people don't like any music on the blogs but I figure the volume button is close within reach if they don't!
Have a cherry day!

Hi Sue, I'm here to be a pest today!

I have an award for you at my blog if you'd like to accept it.

When I started blogging I saw all these beautiful awards and thought the creativity behind them and the thoughtfulness of them was very special. I didn't realize they came with strings and was curious why some bloggers were "Award Free". Well, rules sometimes must give way to practicality so if you can only pass it on to a few people that is fine with me. Even if you can't play along please accept this award and my sincere belief that you deserve it.

Hugs
Dawn
