VTT - Peter Pan

If you don't already know and love Suzanne, the Colorado Lady, then head on over to her blog where she hosts VTT every week! Just click on the picture above.

Mister has collected a bunch of old LOOK and LIFE magazines. Last week Teen and her History tutor were browsing them, so I joined in and came across this gorgeous full-page ad (14" x 10-1/2" or 35.5 x 26.7 cm). The size is too big for my scanner so I had to merge two scans into one - can hardly tell. I would love to be able to frame this, but I know Mister would never let me tear it out! It's from January, 1953.

Here's another ad from the same magazine. I love the color!

I like the ads too. If you want to display the Peter Pan ad, you could probably have a color photocopy made.

A girl after my heart with those vintage graphics! You should frame that Peter Pan - even if you have to take it to be scanned. Sooooo cute!

Can you make a print of the Peter Pan ad? Or like Postcardy suggested, have a copy made. It's really great. I love the refrigerator ad too. Why it puts them in the basket automatically! :)

Oh I love it!! Peter Pan is delightful and would look very nice framed.....

Automatically conjure up ice cubes? Pish posh, I do not believe such a thing exists as I have never owned one.

I love old ads too. What you have here is fabulous!

I have lots of 'em framed here and it is very, very hard to take them from the magazines so I buy them already separated by someone else.

Happy VTT and Have a great weekend!
