HAPPY REDNESDAY!

Welcome to "Wednesday is REDnesday"! And, Happy October!

I remembered to snap the photo I mentioned last week - when my camera was in the truck, and Mister had the truck. It is this wonderful luggage stand that I picked up at an antique store years ago. I just love it! It resides in my bedroom, topped with a Pottery Barn quilt, a vintage wool "camp" blanket, and a fleece pillow.
Here are some close-ups ~
Lovin' the detail of these grooves!
Pre-teen made this at her O.T. class a few years ago (occupational therapy). She has weak fingers, so tying the knots on the tassels was one exercise to help. I just love it!

This is the view from our master bedroom mini-deck. Instead of going outward, the deck in-dents about four feet, so it's covered. One of these years we'll get around to screening it in, so we can sit there at night in the summers! The view is our "field" behind the barn, where the wildflowers grow, the woodchucks live, and the backhoe hangs out!Have a great week - and show me what you've got!

Now, I have a luggage rack, but it doesn't have near the personality of your beautiful red rack. And, the pieces on top are over the top! Fabulous!'

Love the quilt Sue! The idea of a luggage rack in the bedroom is great, unfortunately our bedroom is a little on the small side.
Happy REDnesday to you!

Love the luggage rack...and the little boquet of flowers on the quilt. and your pre-teen did a beautiful job!
I fell back in March - bent my fingers on one hand completely backwards with all my weight on them. So I know what it's like to have hand therapy. I just finished a few weeks ago, but it's a daily thing. Hope she has some putty - that really helps.
May He bless you and keep you,
Robin

Great luggage stand but I have my eye on that beautiful quilt. Your daughter did a great job with the pillow, it is something you will cherish forever.

love it all, Sue.

My In-laws would be trying to catch the woodchucks. they dig up their gardens and farm land.

Love the red luggage rack. I need one in my guest room. It is tempting to put goodies in my sewing box as you suggested, but my grand children are like my little puppy they can sniff out a snack a mile away! Really enjoy your REDnesday's. Have a good one!

Of course I manage to miss the biggest Rednesday so far -- *sigh* -- well, was at the hospital all day and got rattled.

I love all your reds!!! The luggage rack and the linens atop it are just so cozy and fetching.

We have an old hotel luggage rack --nowhere near as pretty as yours! Love the heart pillow, too -- it's so sweet.
Lovin' the reds!

Thank you for visiting my blog.
I'm a lot like your husband, I like a room full of books... even though I don't read nearly as much as I used to. I just think it adds a restful (don't know why??) look to a room.
I'll be back!

Found out from Dawn that my first link is wrong. Sorry. In my rush to get to work I made boo boo I guess. The second link works though.
