A NEW HOME FOR MY RIBBONS

Do you remember, a few weeks ago, when I showed you my two boxes with ribbons? Well, I have a new home for them! Two weeks ago Mister and I went to a yard sale down the street and picked up this cute little chest for $15. It's hand painted.

I originally wanted it for Pre-Teen's room, but nothin' doin'! Then I planned on putting it in the upstairs hallway, with my pretty flower and fence wall border. But, yesterday, I was looking at my ribbons and it hit me! It's just perfect!

After seeing them all so nicely in these drawers, I don't know how I had them crammed in those two boxes! I'm happy, they're happy, we're all happy!

Oh Sue!
They fit to a T. How cute is that? I so love the painting on this little chest and $15.00, what a bargain. I am thrilled for you. I am on the lookout for a little chest for a corner in my bedroom for my ribbons and crafts and etc. I think it would be the perfect place for all. I'll keep you posted on my search.

Happy Halloween sweetie. Country hugs and love, Sherry

I love that chest! It's boooo-tiful. Sorry I could resist. Isn't it great when you find the exact thing you need even though at the time you didn't know you needed it? Thank you for stopping by junkblossoms. I think you're right about the pitcher, it isn't an owl. Opps! Thanks again for visiting. Happy Halloween.

By the way, is it Primula species and cultivars (as opposed to Oenothera - evening primrose) that you love? If so, do you know about the American Primrose Society and its NE Chapter?
