FRIDAY THE 13TH!

Is it a good day . . . or a bad day?

Well, I, for one, can say that this year it's a good day. Why? Because it's my birthday! Woo, hoo!

I was born on a Sunday - you know the poem: "the child that is born on the Sabbath day Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay." But my siblings would always tell me that I was born on Friday the 13th!

I'm ***cough!***54***cough!*** this year! And not ashamed of it!

Who remembers this show? "Queen for a day, who will it be?" Host Jack Bailey.

I was considering something like this to celebrate with:

but my M-I-L brought me these last night! Yum!

A few days ago I said to Mister "About my birthday . . . ", and he gruffly cut in with "Get whatever you want!". You see, he hates buying gifts, for anyone. Which doesn't bother me in the least - I'd rather get my own and be happy with it! So I told him I'm going to Michael's craft store - he has no idea what he's in for, hee, hee!

Ooh Sue..
Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday to you. Happy Birthday dear Sue, Happy Birthday to you. And many more to come sweetie.

Now if you are going to Michael's can I come? I went today, and I still didn't get everything that I need for a couple of projects, so I need to go again. I love that store. I can spend half a day easy, peasy just walking around looking. You can get a lot of ideas there too.

I love all of your Mary Engelbreight decorations on your birthday celebration. Now if you are going to Michael's make sure if you haven't seen them already, that you check out the Mary Engelbreight Christmas tree decorations, wall hangings and yes even large Santa statutes. All Mary Engelbreight. I fell in love, and have already bought what I need for my tree in the kitchen. You will L-O-V-E love them.

Have a beautiful day sweetie. Stop by and let me know if you get some of the ornaments. Happy Birthday again, Country hugs, Sherry
