REDNESDAY at CHRISTMASTIME

I can't believe Christmas is only two days away! I wish the season was at least one month longer - to enjoy all the decorations, and crafts, and graphics that I've seen all over Blog-Land! Maybe I should start a Secret Christmas Club, lol!

Well, here we are at the final Rednesday before Christmas. I've so enjoyed everyone's Christmas reds! Here are some more of mine (Bear with me, there are more photos than I usually share!):

These are on the shelves above my computer. Some German gnome candle holders, the Santa house I thrifted recently, a fairy snow globe, a small tray with gnomes, and behind the band leader . . .

a vintage postcard with one of those awesome old pointy-roof houses that I love so much! (The larger house behind it is a modern greeting card.)These are a few snow-covered house ornaments with red backgrounds. I have more, of different colored backgrounds, also.

I probably should have put these on a white background for the photo but, oh well! I line these up in the kitchen windowsills, in all their spotted glory!
My kitchen island (against the wall so, technically, not an island!) display ~
These lamps came with red bulbs - cool!

I love this tin so much! Got it off eBay recently - it's just like a Christmas card!
The mirrored shelf over the kitchen sink. Ignore the water spots on the mirror - those little squares are sooo hard to clean, I don't do it very often anymore. I'm on the lookout for one of those window mirrors, with four panes that clean easy! Some years I hang my clear red vintage cookie cutters here, other years I just shove picks or whatever in it.
Tomorrow I'll show my kitchen sideboard/hutch that has my figurines and putz houses on it!

Let's see what ya got, ladies! God bless you and have a very merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas Sue
Thank you for being such a gracious hostess.
Your reds are again, beautiful and vintage, my fave.
The little houses are darling. Do I see a crown behind them?
I should have grabbed your pretty "Today is Rednesday at Christmastime" button. CUTE.

Hi Sue,
You sure do have a lot....and I do mean a lot of very pretty Christmas decorations. It must take you forever to decorate and even longer to take it all down.

Wishing you a Very Merry Christmas.

Merry Rednesday! I love all of your photos. The "window" is different with the lattice, it's so pretty! too bad it doesn't 'lift out' to make it easier to clean...you could take a dremmel tool to it.... :)
Have a blessed Christmas!!

Hi Sue! Love the vintage Christmas touches -- I am vintage enough that they remind me of my childhood, especially that red square tin. I remember similar ones, holding cookies at the holidays. Until my Mom discovered Tupperware, haha.

Have a wonderful and blessed holiday!
