LIBRARY BOOK SALE

Last night Teen and I went to our library's semi-annual book sale. We did all right!

My stash:
Birds At Home - by Marguerite Henry, 1942 (Misty of Chincoteague fame)
The Golden Garden Guide, prepared in cooperation with Ford Motor Co. - 1961
Wildflowers - 1945
The Brothers Bulger - Whitey Bulger of America's Top Ten Most Wanted list "fame" and his brother, William, a Massachusetts politician
A Treasury of New England Folklore

Teen's Stash:
Thunderbolts - "Justice Like Lightning" comic
A German reprint of an old child's primer
The Star Trek Next Generation (Picard) Technical Manual
Record of Lodoss War - anime videos
The Amazing Spiderman Pop-up book! (It's Spider-man Tastic!)

Which of us do you think got the best bundle? Cheese Boy - I know you'll say Teen!

Our library never has good books like the ones you got! Or like Teen got either. I'm never able to pass up a gardening or bird book, which is not good because my shelves are bursting!
Happy Mother's Day!
