The winner of my giveaway is:
Vicki, the Cherry Chick!
Go over to her blog and congratulate her!
Now for the craft tip. I was thinking this week about some chair cushion covers that I bought a few years ago for $1 each. They just need to be stuffed, but it takes about one full bag for each cushion. And that costs about $7 (I think) per bag. Not very thrifty. So I was thinking that I should pick up throw pillows at yard sales and use their stuffing. I could probably get the pillows for a quarter or fifty cents each. So, there's your thrifty tip!

Oh Sue! You are so Sweet! You have made my week! I pop over to your blog and here I am plastered all across your page...I'm laughing with tears in my eyes!
I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate your Rednesday, your sweet comments, and your kindness. That's an excellent tip on your pillow stuffing, too.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Cherry Chick
Congrats to you Vicki...what a great way to start your weekend. I didn't know how muuch fun I was missing before I became a part of the Rednesdays. All the entries are so neat to see and follow....hugs....Genie
I am sure that Vickie is one happy blogger. That was a nice giveaway. This is a great idea to take the stuffing out of other pillows to fill yours. You are thinking thrifty. We all should do so. I was so pleased to have you drop by for a visit.
Hi Sue, Congratulations to your giveaway winner! What a great tip, thank you for sharing. I'm so happy you enjoyed my ~ Girls Just Wanna Have Fun post! It really was wonderful designing this table to celebrate "PINK" and all things that remind me of romance! Thank you for visiting and leaving your sweet comment!
Hugz,

I have seen new "fluff" pretty cheap at Walmart. It is just the polyester kind.
Congrats Cherry Chick on winning!!!
Congrats to the winner!
Sue, that is what I have been doing too for my pillows. Pillow forms and filling is soooo expensive even the cheapo stuff because you have to use more of it.
And THANK YOU SO MUCH for the vintage napkin!! I LOVE it and it goes great with my tray!!
Have a wonderful Sunday!
Great tip.. and congrats to Vicki,
Gwen
Congrats to the winner...
that is a really good thrifty tip! But that would mean sewing...would you sew for me?
