DEFINING THE SEASONS

How do you define the seasons? By the first crocus in Spring? Opening the pool in Summer? School starting in the Fall? The first frost in Winter?

I basically have two seasons: sweatshirt season and t-shirt season.

Today is the first day of Sweatshirt Season because it's the first day I put one on (since Spring) - it's very rainy and windy out.

I LOVE sweatshirts! They, along with jeans, have always been my favorite outfit. And, being a SAHM (stay at home mom), I get to wear them everyday!

I am, by no means, in a hurry for the real Fall! Uh uh, no way! There's too much to do in the garden before I pack it in for the year!

I would jump at the chance to wear a sweatshirt. We have been in the 90's for two weeks. Fall is my favorite time of year. Can't wait.

Seems we always want what we can't have ... it's wet, windy and cold downunder and I'd give anything to be in a t-shirt right now! LOL!!

P.S. Please stop by when you get a chance, I have a great giveaway on offer.

I'd kill for your seasons. We have all four and they range from ultra hot to killer cold.

Hey you cracked me up! When my girls were little, that was pretty much my wardrobe -- either t shirts or sweatshirts! Now that the girls are grown, I've graduated to sweaters for fall and winter, and instead of Tshirts maybe v-neck knit shirts for summer. But it's just changing one uniform for another! It was chilly and wet here today, also -- but I kmnow we've got plenty of hot stuff ahead.

106 again today. But when I lived in the PNW, I had a lovely collection of comfy sweatshirts!!! I love them too. Yours look so festive!

I am a big lover of sweatshirts as well. However, I wish I could wear them now. We had the hottest day yesterday since 1952. 107 with heat index 115. It is hard to even think winter wear now. Glad your weather is better.

Love the t-shirt picture. Very artistic! We're going to be 109 tomorrow and then drop down into the 80s by the weekend. (Thank goodness!)
