Hi guys! We just had a double holiday weekend ~ Friday was a teacher training day and yesterday was Columbus Day. So what did I do with my extra long weekend? A four-day gardening marathon! What else would you expect from me? LOL! I dug tree roots, conditioned soil, divided plants, rearranged plants ~ tiring, but a blast!
So that left me with no time at all to think about Rednesday, except that I didn't want to forget it! So my humble entry this week is some of my flowers. Red mums, and blue whatchamacallits against my red plant stand.
I EMAILED "LINKY" REGARDING THE PROBLEM WITH NOT POSTING LINKS ON MY BLOG PAGE - I WAS INFORMED THAT I USED THE CODE FOR WORDPRESS INSTEAD OF BLOGGER. SORRY EVERYONE!

Sue, for some reason I cannot link in. I love your post for today, especially the red planter.
I love the contrast of colors in your second shot. My post is up as well. Do not see Mr. Linky but hope I did it right.
Spending the day in the garden is a good day indeed! Your flowers are just lovely!
Happy REDnesday!

I agree...the colors in shot #2 are super....so bright and alive. We did not get Columbus Day off here....school as usual...in the middle of Benchmark Testing. I’m glad you managed to find the time to get the Linky up and going. Hope you have a good week.

love the lovers. The color is amazing!
I also love your colors in your shots. Also, my post is up but not seeing Mr. Linky..
The last flowers of summer are so .... special, aren't they? Your mums and ... blue flowers (lobelia?) are beautiful.
Thanks for Rednesday ... I look forward to seeing links up so I can cruise around the blogs.
Your red flowers are pretty Sue! I guess Mr. Linky is showing our links on the "click through" page only for some reason.
Happy Rednesday!
The red mums are beautiful. My lobelias (those small blue flowers) died in July due to the extreme heat we had this summer. Yours are still so vibrant. Thanks for sharing. Happy Rednesday Sue.

Your blue whatchamacallits look great with the green and red. I've also got some yardwork to do today. Thank you so much for hosting Rednesday.
Sue,
I'm so happy to hear that you had the time to spend in your garden. Fall is a wonderful time outside. I just had some Morning Glory seeds sprout in my Jiffy pots this week.
I'm with you on the Linky tool. I was able to sign into my McLinky account and it appeared that I could create a thumbnail link though. I'm not sure what you are experiencing though but I miss the cute pictures from everyone. Thanks for sharing with us all.
Loved your Red post today....it is wonderful...blessings
Hi Sue!
So glad you had time to play in the garden, I hope to find some time next week to do the same!
Thanks so much for reminding me how much I love Lobelia, er, blue whatamacallits! ;)
Happy Rednesday,
Sally
Hi Sue -
Sorry about the trouble with yesterday's code! I entered a link and then a comment, but I didn't see either one show up. :(
So I'm a little late and a little RED in the face, but I've now entered my RED for this week's party!
Thanks,
Candy
Vibrant colors!!! It's too hot to work outside this week otherwise, I'd be doing the same. Lovin' the plant stand. Have a good one!
