I woke up Sunday morning with a blocked left ear and a semi-blocked right ear. That put me in a panic because about 12 years ago the same thing happened and it turned out to be a double ear infection and vertigo. The vertigo was so bad that I had to stay in bed for three weeks straight! Becky was just over a year old then, so I had to have my friend watch her during the day while Mister was at work. (She's the same friend whose daughter I watch now!)
It was awful - I couldn't sit up without getting totally dizzy and nauseous. I couldn't take a shower the whole three weeks and, as embarrassing as it is to confess this, I had to use Becky's diapers to pee in cuz I couldn't walk to the bathroom! Since that time, I've been left with a slight bit of permanent vertigo. If I move a certain way I get that dizzy feeling for a fraction of a second.
So, back to the present. I went to the doctor on Monday and found out I had the beginning of an infection in my left ear. I was given an antibiotic and am doing much better!
Now, on to more interesting stuff - the letter "I".

Wonderful you had such a great Rednesday turnout. I had thought about getting a post together. I did post that day? It could have qualified? Oh, well!
Glad to hear to nipped that ear infection in the bud. The next few weeks would be an awful time to be sick!
