REDNESDAY

Just a bit of mid-week humor, folks! Happy November!

I'm showing you the rest of the auction reds today. This is a colorful vintage cake tin in usable condition, I was happy to discover - the inside is very clean with no rust.

It's joining the collection in the Pantry now.

This is the cookie jar I mentioned - it's Red Riding Hood. There is no maker's mark on it. Some eBay-ers say it's Hall, but I don't know for sure. I will be selling this as I already have a few cookie jars that I'm happy with. She's in perfect condition, except for a chip on the inside rim.
This is a wonderful collection of old, wood, Fisher Price toys from the early 60's. I'll be selling these, as well - still undecided about the carousel in the back left - it's awfully cute!

Last is this wonderful child's seat/stool. Adorable graphics! Included is a close-up of the graphics in case anyone wants to use it.

Oh me oh my - your fun Rednesday post has brought back so many sweet family memories as my children had several of those toys when they were young. I think my grandchildren had a couple as well! Thank you for such a special treat. :)

Of course I love everything! I was surprised to see that your cake tin was larger. I have only seen that pattern in the smaller version that I have. I love all of your tins!

Wow! Such a tin collection! Happy you! Did I know that you had a poppy and plaid cake carrier like mine? I don't think so! I sure do love mine and it's the only one I have! ♥

I just love your vintage finds -- this time, it's the cake tin that has stolen my heart. I am SURE that somewhere in my distant past I have seen one just like it.
And the toys? Oh my -- now they DO look familiar!
Where DO you find it all?

All your vintage wonderfulness always makes me so happy to see. Glad you made it through the storm okay. So early for that type of weather.

I love those canisters!

I wish I had remebered that it was you that had that border on your walls. There was some Roylegde on ebay recently that matched it. I do hope that you were the one who won the bid. If I had remembered, I would of let you know about it.

Happy Rednesday!!

There's nothing in your post that I didn't just LOVE. Those old toys take me back to my days in the church nursery. :) I would keep ALL of them!
I love your canister collection for sure. The colored patterns are just SO bright and cheery.
Happy Rednesday! Forgive my late link-in. Almost didn't do it, but I wanted to be sure you got to see my mushroom house cookie jar. :)
Thanks for hosting a fun party every week.
