REDNESDAY

Hi everyone! Welcome to Rednesday! I hope you are all having a wonderful, fun, and relaxing Summer so far! I am!

Mister was mowing the lawn this afternoon, so I decided to show some pics (from Google) of vintage lawn mowers and ads. Feel free to use them.

Sue, Your ads are so great, just love them! My fav is the woman in the fancy yellow dress with shorts. Yup, that's what I wear for yard work! :-)

Thanks for hosting!

Love your post today very much. I should have sent you one of me mowing my yard. It would have fit right in with the others. Except, my mower is not vintage. Just the operator.

Hi Sue, love your photos of vintage lawn movers. I have two push mowers that I use in my gardens as yard art. Oh, one of them is red. I better share it with Rednesday sometime. Thanks for hosting and have a fun summer!
Hugs,
Jann

It's so much fun to see how the illustrations really date the ads. I'm glad to be joining in again after being away for quite a while. Happy Rednesday Day, Sue!

It may be a stretch...but if that were human hair he would be a bona fide red headed cat. With pink ears! Happy Rednesday!

Say...Did you ever find another yellow Fire King bowl to replace the one that broke? I see the same one at the Flea every week, and think of you! Let me know, and what size is it?? :)

Nice to see the evolution of progress. Aren't you glad that you do not have to do the whole place with an old motor less push mower?

If I had to mow the grass in high heels and a dress, I think I'd just as well that the man do the mowing...LOL. Thanks for sharing.
