"CHRISTMAS IN THE KITCHEN" SWAP ITEMS

We're all children at heart and when we get a package in the mail it's so exciting!

My swap partner this year was Dorothy of Hens Rule, and we're also Facebook buddies! Here are the wonderful presents I received from her:

When I opened the Priority Mail box, this was inside.

And inside that box was all of this!

Let's go through them! These are photos of what she made. The other goodies you can see in the photo above.

Pretty, pretty tag with velvety rick rack and a vintage wreath!

This monogram S is so "perfect" that I thought she bought it - I love it!

This is so serene and I love that I can keep it up all winter!

Pretty in Pink is this shaker decoration! Perfect!

A cute tart mold serves as a home for Santa!

Do you believe she actually made these cupcakes? They're gorgeous!

The recipe for sugar cookies and an adorable pic on the back!

A whimsical candy cane ornament!

Dorothy, you went above and beyond the call of duty -
thanks and thanks again!

Here are the crafts I made for her:

What wonderful swap goodies you received! Love it all. So many creative people out there. I used a vintage grater for my swap with Deb and I see you did also. FUN!

I missed the Secret Santa this year, but Suzanne just did not have the time. A storm did a lot of damage to their home and just now getting back into it. She lost her father-in-law and two of her pet chickens all within two months time. Her job keeps her hopping also. She has not blogged in a long time. She does do Facebook, but I do not have that. You were lucky again this year on your swap package. Also, I truly appreciate your thinking of me and sent a pretty Christmas card. This is the first year I have not sent any. Things have happened in the last few months, that I kinda lost my Christmas spirit. Many blessings and good health to you and family. Health is the best gift of all.

Hi Sue,
I enjoyed this swap so much, it was a lot of fun. I have my card from you with the little girls baking sitting in my kitchen window so I can see it every day, and the doll shadow box you made is on my doll shelf in the guest room, I just love it!
Happy New Year to you friend,
Dorothy
