IT'S A DOILY DAY!

I love crocheted doilies! Who doesn't? They're so colorful! Here's a sample of some I've picked up over the years.

Does anyone know what this piece is intended for? I got this at a thrift shop. It measures 56" x 4". Obviously too skinny for a table runner, and not shaped right for a bell pull.

Fun doilies!

At first I thought your slender runner was a clergyperson's stole. They often change colors and symbols with the liturgical season, but ... teacups?

: )

I thought it was a stole too, but teacups? Maybe it is a teapot cozy that you wrap around the neck of it like a scarf.Easter blessings to you! Love rosie

My 1st thought was a stole too. It would be fun to know the story behind it.
