Well, I never made it to Michael's yesterday. Maybe today. Who knows. It's pouring out so maybe there would be less crowds.
I was standing in the kitchen yesterday morning, still in my bathrobe, when there was a knock on the door. To my surprise, it was my neighbor, Kathy, who brought me coffee and a muffin for my birthday! So sweet! The reason she brought it is because we're birthday twins! (Except I'm older!) What are the odds of that?
I also received a wonderful package through the mail yesterday - something I had won on Ebay. Months ago, on Marble Rose's blog, she showed us her darling money box she had picked up. I fell in love with it and immediately put in a search on Ebay for one. The outlook was dismal - nothing . . . nothing . . . nothing . . . then, finally, two weeks ago - bingo! And I won! I'm so very happy! Here it is -
And it even has the key! Who wouldn't fall in love with this cutie?Have a good Saturday!

When you finally get to Michaels, look for the little paper mache houses that I used. Hopefully they'll have them again this year.
