VTT - MORE NIFTY THRIFTIES!

Okay, Suzanne, I made it! It's 10:15 p.m.! Wow! Look at all the participants in today's VTT! Click the pic above to go to Suzanne's blog.

Busy month for everyone, I'm sure! I've just had a plain old busy week, what with getting out the Christmas decorations and all. I'll be posting those photos soon!

Here's a few more things I thrifted on Monday. This pretty box I think once held stationery. It's good-sized, 12" x 8" x 4-1/2" (30cm x 20 x 11.5), and has a paper-hinged lid. The Kellogg label is on the inside of the lid.

This is the other pretty hankie I got. All this purple will look very nice in my purple bathroom! Although if anyone has a similar Massachusetts hankie and wants to trade, let me know!

Mister gave me these for my birthday. This goes to show that men (in general) aren't very observant. We've been married 18 years and do you think he can remember that I decorate the tree in RED every year? Hmmm, I might have to have another giveaway before Christmas! (Don't worry, he doesn't mind; and he only paid five bucks for the box!)
Gotta run - don't forget that tomorrow (Friday) is the last day to enter my present Giveaway. See last Friday's post, 11/27, for details.

Sorry for the late comment - but I'm running a little late too. Love the pink lights and ornaments! And your vintage box with the rose is so very lovely. I've missed your giveaway this time - but perhaps next time.

Cheers,

Jo

I love the hanky....the colors are beautiful, and the box is special in its own right...love the colors.

Happy VTT and have a great weekend.

I love vintage hankies, and that is such a pretty one. You may need to just do a small tree with these neat ornaments on it. What a great vintage box. laurie
