Happy March everyone! Even though many thoughts turn to Green this month, what with St. Patty's Day and Spring, there's always room for some Red! (
ALWAYS!)
Here, I'm showing you an Oriental hangy-thingy in Teen's room. It's a big metal medallion with a crane, I think; the top part is done in a macrame-type design, and the bottom is just a big red tassel.
These are some new-to-me old potholders that I thrifted recently. The sales lady hesitated before saying that they were 50 cents each because they were old. These people crack me up! They match my Wallies square quite nicely!

Great reds Sue, but I think I'm in love with that little Dutch girl holding your potholders! She's adorable!
Happy REDnesday!

Love your potholders. I post some new-old ones, too.
Hi Sue!
I think those potholders look so cute with that adorable
dutch girl!
Happy Rednesday!
The top of the Asian hanging tassel in your teen's room is LUCKY, a LUCKY KNOT! My Korean friends could make all kinds of them, just amazing the knotwork they could do by heart.
Nice find, they sure do match, just perfect. I love the hangy-thingy...lol..I have one I showed a while back. It is pink and a friend brought it back to me when she went home to Korea to visit her Mom.
I just love your Hangy-thingy. I would have snapped that one up as well.
Love potholders, but for some unknown reason I still use my tea towels when taking something out the oven...perhaps they are just easier to grab...who knows???
Warmest hugs,

Hi Sue, first time I joined your rednesday, I love it! And I seem to be making more and more red stuff....so I'll try to join from now on with something RED I made (I do scrapbooking, crochet and jewelrymaking, so too many possibilities!) Red greetings, Floortje
P.s. I love your little dutch girl, since I'm one too...well a big dutch girl actually...
Love the pot holders and your little dutch girl! Thank goodness for those people who don't know what they are pricing! Ha-ha!
The potholders are just adorable, and I love how you have the little Dutch girl holding them...like the cherries on the wall below that too. Happy Rednesday, Sue!

Hi Sue,
I just discovered your blog and I have really enjoyed my visit. I too love the color red so I thought I would play along today on Rednesday. Thank you for hosting such a fun event. I know I will be back for more inspiration.
Fondly,

Good morning! I do believe this is my first time participating in this party! Nice to meet you! I love the potholders. Very pretty. I just signed up to follow your wonderful blog. Come visit me. :) I hope my blog entices you to follow along. :) God Bless.

You are so funny! Love those red pot holders! I linked up to your post, but it would be helpful if I could spell langiappe correctly. Now I have thoroughly confused myself. Linky #22 works. Thanks for hosting Rednesday. It's my fave!
Love,
Susan and Bentley
xxoo
I feel like an idiot for spelling lagniappe incorrectly, so I am going back to my post to correct it.
Love,
Susan again
I love the pot holder hanger and the pot holders. I really like this party, thanks for hosting it.
Hugs,
Carey
Who doesn't love a red checkerboard potholder and a super bargain to boot!
BTW-You can remove my first link, if you want. I messed up and pasted YOUR URL! Oops!
Sue, I am amazed at how the list of participants has grown since I last participated. Love your reds and I agree that the little Dutch girl is precious. Hope you are feeling better. Saw your next post that you are sick.
Wonderful reds , I love the pot holders !
Blessings,
Myrna
