REDNESDAY

Happy Rednesday, everyone! Here I have a few items from our church's yard sale this past weekend:

Two cute little tins, a Hazel Atlas swanky swig, and a Josef Originals wind-up musical figurine.

A funky polka-dotty kitchen towel, and a 1948 Bible stories book!
A few other items were taken as well, including a green woven Burlington picnic basket with a "pie" shelf - for $3.00! It looks like it's hardly been used. Actually, I gave her $5.00 for it because she didn't have any ones on her - it was Friday afternoon, the day before the sale and I had dropped off my plant offerings for the plant sale.

And, speaking of plants, here's a shot of my red Columbine!

REMINDER: For those of you involved with the Initially Yours Craft Swap, click on the link at the top of the right column to add yours!

I have never seen a Columbine flower before - it's gorgeous! I'll have to tell my senior mom about it. She loves any thing to do with gardening. :) Thanks for another fun Rednesday.

I have been wanting to link up to your party for a while now and today I did. I took some pictures of my dishes with my red table cloth. Thanks so much for hosting and I look forward to seeing what other red things others have linked up.

hello Sue! :) I'm so glad you liked my goodwill dresser makeover, it turned out even better than I had in my head. (cause, let's be honest, it started out a little on the rough side!lol) Oh and please come back and see what else I'm doing in that room....I haven't had the big reveal yet, there's still more to go! (and don't have laundry room envy....you'll be so happy for me that it looks how it does when you see the before pics...can you say builders beige and nasty floors?!!) LOL
have a great day and your blog is just adorable..wish I had something red to link up, but I don't have an ounce of red anywhere...I'm a pink girl. :)

Hello,
What a colorful and charming Blog! I love Mary Engelbreit too, and RED is my favorite color. In fact, Red Rose Alley is the name of my Blog. I am fascinated with African animals. We did a post about the San Diego African Wildlife Park and it showed all kinds of wonderful animals. Me and my daughters just started a Blog and would love it if you could visit us and follow. The link is: http:redrosealley.blogspot.com We recently did a post about "Home Treasures," and it will give you a chance to get to know us. Hope to hear from you, and have a sweet day.
