REDNESDAY

Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving and long weekend! I did! Today (Tuesday) we had a steady light snowfall all day. Just a dusting, but it was enough to put one in the holiday mood! I don't have much this week because my camera is being uncooperative (don't ya just love blaming it on the camera? lol!).

Picked up another Christmas book at the thrift shop this week. It's called "The Fireside Book of Christmas Stories", 1945.

Also got a few sheets of  "vintage" wrapping paper. I'm guessing by the prints that they're from the 70's which, to me, isn't vintage yet!

That's all I have this week. What can you show me?

Great book Sue! The paper may not be vintage, but it's old and very cute. Thanks for hosting.

Wow! A book. That's red. And old. The 'vintage' wrapping paper looks wonderful too. My kind of treasures. I'm jealous.

Love that old Christmas book! I started a collection of those a few years ago, and always forget to look for more. Probably because I have way too many other collections that I'm thinking about!
Happy REDnesday,
Carol

I enjoy all books, old or new. Just not as much time to read and blog too. Take care and have a good week.

As you can tell, my Sandwich Generation family is also in the Christmas mood! And I'm with you, that paper doesn't look THAT vintage to me either - though my kids were just babies then....hmmmm...where DOES the time fly! :) Have a blessed week!
