A CHRISTMAS AF-FAIR! + CANDLES

For the first time ever I signed up for a table at a Christmas craft fair. I'm so excited! It's at a local church down the street from me on November 21. Here's a sampling of some of the items I've made:

I purchased a basket of Swedish tin molds at a yard sale back in June and have started making some cutesie little baskets.

Trees-inside-shakers idea came from Dorothy at Hen's Rule. She made me one last year!

. . . and some miscellaneous paper crafts!

I'm probably not the first to come up with this idea, but I'm glad I thought of it. Paint the tips of toothpicks to make candles for your mini trees:

Fun idea with the toothpicks! I will probably steal it from you! Have fun at the sale. I'm too chicken to sell my crafts...always afraid they will fall apart or something...lol!

Nice to see you! I miss all of us this time of year....The toothpicks are a great idea. I made one of the salt shakers for my friend Deb at CHristmas last year...:) And I have a ton of those little jello molds...I have made a couple similar to yours.....

I really wish that I could look forward to the holidays but with my son having bone cancer and going through pre-op chemo, the holidays are just a bit of a downer......
