VERSATILE HUTCH TOP

We picked up this hutch top on the side of the road a few weeks ago.

We're thinking of putting it on top of the island (after I paint it white with red accents).
Smokey likes it!
But, for the time being, it's housing my village in the living room!

That is so cool! I can't wait to see the finished product and I'm glad it's earning its keep for the time being.

Wow! That was a roadside find? Bless people for throwing away such nice things! Your village looks fabulous in it, but whatever you do with it, make sure you leave an empty spot for Smokey!

Where you're thinking about putting it would be beautiful! A wonderful place for dishes or knick-knacks.
